The personal calendar lets you keep your schedule online and accessible from any computer. School, home, vacation - you can get to it from anywhere. You can even share your personal calendar with other users and give rights to edit or view only.

Our email system integrates and plays well with the rest of the system. Set up personal accounts to simplify communication between your teachers, administrators and families.

 

School News and Events

Create school news and event notifications available for all users of the system to see. You also have the option to publish each new item to the portal.

 

Communication History

Take notes from conversations with students, parents, prospects and donors. We give you a central location to collaborate. You can also assign tasks to other administrators in relation to a note.

 

Online Documents

Upload important documents to share with other users to a central online location. Or, upload documents to your personal online folder.

 

Instant Messenger

View administrators and teachers that are logged into the system. Send instant messages to them - similar to any other IM client, but with added security and privacy.
