Standard and Custom Reports

Overview

Our system includes a variety of standard academic and database-driven reports. We also give you the ability to create custom report queries. Once you create a report a template is saved for future use. You can then decide to share reports with other administrators and teachers.

Academic Reports

The majority of our academic reports are ready to use from day one. You can also modify elements of each report to meet your school's specific requirements.

• Report Cards - Create unlimited report card templates using the simple WYSIWYG design interface, choose elements and their order, add narrative and evaluative comments, include grading scales, signatures and more.

 

• Transcripts - Create custom headers and footers, include general demographic information, academic records are sorted by course and term, show credits and GPA, add student rank and grading scales, enter general notes on the student.

 

• Progress Reports - Create unlimited templates, select terms or date ranges for the data, run by class level or teacher, choose to include additional information such as attendance, student information and/or grading scales.

 

• Attendance - Daily attendance reports, sort by attendance type and/or date range, run by class or teacher, calculate attendance roll-up and more.

 

• Schedule - View and print teacher schedules, pull up student schedules, run and share master schedules, view class roster reports, and view schedules by type.

 

Database Reports

Reports generated from the registrar database, fundraising tool and accounting are featured below. During the implementation process we help you set up reports and teach you how to make changes when needed. We've provided a few example reports for each area of interest.

• Admissions - Inquiries by grade level, financial aid candidates, missing items report, applicant summary, enrollment by grade level

 

• Fundraising - Current donors, donations by fund, donation history, major donor list, pledge amount received/due, giving by date

 

• Alumni - Active alumni, newsletter list, potential alumni donations, alumni by state, alumni by occupation

 

• Accounting - Chart of accounts, outstanding AR, GL activity report, income statement - detailed, summary and with budget, AR aging report, balance sheets

 

• Registrar - Student locker report, students by grade level, students by religion, student birthday report, student diversity report
